Cause
The NVDIMM was moved or installed in the wrong location, and NVDIMM-N Memory Interleaving is disabled.
Action
Install the NVDIMM in Processor A, DIMM B to preserve data.

Solution 2
Action
Sanitize the NVDIMM. The data on the NVDIMM will not be available after sanitization.

382-NVDIMM Error – Processor X, DIMM Y
Symptom
382-NVDIMM Error – Processor X, DIMM Y is NOT configured for Cluster On Die (CoD) but system is
configured for CoD. All NVDIMMs on Proc X are disabled. Action: Disable CoD or Sanitize all NVDIMMs on
Proc X.
Solution 1
Cause
The NVDIMM was previously used in a that had a QPI Snoop Configuration of Cluster on Die. The current
has a different QPI Snoop Configuration setting.
Action
Change the QPI Snoop Configuration setting to Early Snoop or Home Snoop.

Action
Sanitize all NVDIMMs on Processor X.
