Lifter Disabled Mode
When the lifter is disabled, there are only two parameters that display.

Arc Starts
The number of times the arc has started since the last time consumables were
changed and the counter was restated.
Arc Minutes
The number of minutes of active cutting since the last time consumables were
changed and the counter was restated.
