MAINTENANCE
Error Description Possible Causes Corrective action

The CNC lost the
Hypernet connection after
it had been established.
The CNC is not powered
and the control module is
powered.
The Hypernet setting in the
CNC is set to NO.
An Ethernet cable is
unplugged or damaged.
The Ethernet switch is
not powered or properly
powered.
Verify that the CNC has properly booted up.
Verify that the Hypernet setting in the CNC is set to
ON and that all ArcGlide setups screens are properly
configured.
Check the Ethernet cables connecting to HMI or
CNC.
Verify that the Ethernet switch is properly powered.
Check that all related units are powered and
addressed to the unit number.
Check the Ethernet cables for damage.
