Replace the PFC inductor
For kit contents, refer to Power supply interior, magnetics on page 33.
Remove the PFC inductor
1. Set the plasma power supply switch to OFF (O), disconnect the power cord from the power
source, and disconnect the gas supply.
2. Remove the plasma power supply cover and the component barrier. Refer to page 49.
3. Remove the end panel bracket. Refer to page 53.
4. Loosen the rear panel. Refer to page 57.
5. Remove the 2 screws that attach the PFC inductor wires to the power PCB.

6. Remove the 2 mounting screws from the PFC inductor.
7. Remove the PFC inductor.
