Replace the rear panel
For kit contents, refer to Rear panel on page 19.
Remove the rear panel
1. Set the plasma power supply switch to OFF (O), disconnect the power cord from the power
source, and disconnect the gas supply.
2. Loosen the rear panel. Refer to page 57.
3. Remove the air filter assembly and gas inlet fitting. Refer to page 83.
4. If a machine interface receptacle is installed, remove the 2 screws from the machine interface
receptacle.
5. If an RS-485 serial interface receptacle is installed, do the following:
a. Remove the RS-485 serial interface cable connector from J1 on the RS-485 PCB.
b. Cut the cable tie that holds the cable.
