To remove the cable-management arm, perform the following steps:
1. Remove all power from the node, as described in MAP 5350 in the IBM System Storage SAN Volume
Controller Troubleshooting Guide.
2. Disconnect all cables from the back of the node.
3. Slide the node away from the back of the rack.
a. Remove any optional M6 screws, as shown by 1 in Figure 10 on page 28, from the front of the
node.
b. To release the node from the rack, press the orange release latches 2 and slide the node forward
until it latches in the service position.
