The liability that we assume based on the conditions cited above is limited exclusively to repair, replacement or refund.
iPEK is not liable for consequential damage or collateral damage that can arise in conjunction with the sale or operation of the product. This also
applies for consequential damage that can be classified as commercial loss, such as lost profit, downtimes, damage to reputation, damage to
equipment and/or property.
