4) After adjustment of the tension, attach throat

2) Loosen inner hook presser setscrews

remove inner hook presser

3) Remove bottom feed roller

and replace it with
a new one. Slightly apply the exclusive grease
supplied as accessories (Part No. : 40006323)
inside the roller.
4) Make sure of the bottom feed belt tension.
5) After adjusting the tension, attach throat plate
auxiliary plate

and various covers.
Feed pith error will be caused unless the
tension is proper.

and bottom feed

2) Loosen setscrews

in the bottom feed tension
plate.
3) Replace bottom feed belt

with a new one.

right to adjust the tension.
(Tension is increased in direction

Belt tension value :
The belt has to be bent by 3 mm when it is
pressed with a load of 1.5N (150gf).
