24.2 Planning the cabling for digital sensors
24.2.1 Voltage supply to the bus with DC 5 V from a JUMO AQUIS touch P
The cable length information in this subchapter applies when supplying JUMO
ecoLine sensors and sensors with JUMO digiLine electronics from a
DC 5 V voltage supply output on the JUMO AQUIS touch P. In this case, stub
lines can also be supplied from a JUMO digiLine hub or through use of JUMO
Y-splitters. If a JUMO digiLine hub is used, the slide switch on the JUMO dig-
iLine hub must be set to DC 5 V as input voltage. In this setting, the DC 5 V input
voltage is passed through to the outputs of the JUMO digiLine hub.
