The following steps represent the entire calibration process:
ï‚§ Step1: V-ADC and V-DAC zero-point calibration.
ï‚§ Step2: V-ADC and V-DAC full-scale calibration.
ï‚§ Step3: I-100 mA and I-10 mA ADC zero-point calibration.
ï‚§ Step4: I-100 mA and I-10 mA ADC full-scale calibration.
ï‚§ Step5: I-10 A and I-1 A ADC zero-point calibration.
ï‚§ Step6: I-DAC zero-point calibration.
ï‚§ Step7: I-10 A and I-1 A ADC full-scale calibration.
ï‚§ Step8: I-DAC full-scale calibration.

This command is used to set the voltage or resistance for calibration.
Step 6 and step 8 do not need any external data entry. The instrument can collect the data for DAC
calibration.
