To import a list from the external USB flash drive using SCPI commands:
:LIST:LOAD:USB <list number>,<filename>
Where <list number> is the list number from 1 to 9 and <filename> is the filename that contains
a name of the imported list. The maximum number of characters is 8.
Exporting a list to an external USB flash drive
After you have configured the list, you can export it to an external USB flash drive.
To export a list to USB flash drive using the front panel:
1. Press the Menu key.
2. Under Source, highlight the List icon and press the ENTER key. The Source List screen is
displayed.
3. Select Export and press the ENTER key. The list number selection screen is displayed.
4. Enter the list number you want to export to the USB flash drive and press ENTER. The specified
list is saved to a .csv file on the USB flash drive. The filename is the same as the list name.
To export a list to USB flash drive using SCPI commands:
:LIST:SAVE:USB <list number>,<filename>
Where <list number> is the list number from 1 to 9 and <filename> is the filename that contains
a name for the saved list. The maximum number of characters is 8.
Configuring and running a list
Before running a list, set up the instrument for the test you will run. Typical settings you can set for a
list include:
Source settings: Source delay, slew rate, voltage and current protection limits, and output delay
Measure settings: Measurement function and range
Trigger model
When you choose V mode in the Measure menu on the front panel to run a list, the I value is
displayed in gray dashes in constant current (CC) mode.
When you choose I mode in the Measure menu on the front panel to run a list, the V value is
displayed in gray dashes in constant voltage (CV) mode.
