Trigger event register:
Bit B0: Not used.
Bit B1, sequence 1 (Seq1): Set bit indicates that the instrument is in the trigger layer (PTR), or that
the instrument has exited from the trigger layer (NTR).
Bits B2 through B14: Not used.
Bit B15: Always zero.

Arm event register:
