 Thermocouple calibrator
 Precision resistors with a value known to the listed uncertainty:

 100 MΩ, 250 ppm
 Uncalibrated precision resistors:
 10 MΩ

 Precision capacitors with a value known to the listed uncertainty:

Warmup time and environment
The Model 6517B should be turned on and allowed to warm up for at least two hours at an ambient
temperature of 18° C to 28° C, 70 percent or lower relative humidity.
