Voltage measurement ranges calibration
To calibrate the voltage measurement ranges:
1. Connect the DC voltage calibrator to the Model 6517B input.
2. Apply 0.0 V
3. Send the following commands to:
:CAL:PROT:VZERO2
:CAL:PROT:VZERO20
:CAL:PROT:VZERO200
4. Leaving the DC voltage calibrator connected, calibrate each polarity of each range:
a. Apply the voltage listed in the first column of the below table.
b. Send the calibration command listed in the second column of the below table with the voltage reading
from the DC voltage calibrator.

Voltage source calibration
For all voltage source ranges, connect the DMM to the voltage source output. Set the DMM to
measure DC voltage, and then turn auto ranging on.
