Using the Multi Bar Code Reader
Usage of the optional multi bar code reader is described below.
1 Hold the bar code label on the cassette in front of
the reading window on the bar code reader.
Bar Code
The multi-bar code reader is capable of reading bar codes from all directions.
Note that the head may be tilted 30 degrees.
The multi bar code reader is a CDRH Class II a laser device.
The following cautions must be observed during usage.
Do not look into the reading window on the front of the device as the laser may cause damage to the
eyes.
Do not direct the laser at the eyes of others as this may cause damage to the eyes.
