5/8-18 NF fine-threaded bolts
Tighten the bolts until the cylinder pin is completely removed.

4. Exit the hopper.
5. Start the engine and engage the hydraulic pump.
6. Retract both hydraulic cylinders.
7. Turn OFF the hydraulic pump and the engine.
8. Lock out and tag out the vehicle (see Locking Out and Tagging Out the Vehicle on page 14).

B. Disconnecting Packer - Standard Units W/O Loading Arm
Once you have gained access to the packer, you must now disconnect it. To do so:
1. Remove the access cover on the packer panel to reach the cylinder pin.
Take out the 2 bolts that hold the access cover in (see Figure 3-74).
