Install the MicroSD card
Follow the instructions in this section to install the MicroSD card.
About this task
Attention:
• Read
“Installation Guidelines” on page 45 and “Safety inspection checklist” on page 46 to ensure that you
work safely.
• Power off the server and disconnect all power cords for this task.
• Prevent exposure to static electricity, which might lead to system halt and loss of data, by keeping static-
sensitive components in their static-protective packages until installation, and handling these devices with
an electrostatic-discharge wrist strap or other grounding system.
Procedure
Step 1. Install the MicroSD card.
Note: After the MicroSD card is removed, the firmware historical data and user data stored in the
defective MicroSD card would be lost. After a new MicroSD card is installed, subsequent firmware
update history will be saved to the new card.

Step 2. Place the MicroSD card into the socket.
Step 3.
Close the socket lid.
Step 4.
Slide the socket lid to the lock position.
