11.1.8 Switching the houselock on/off
If the truck crane is equipped with a houselock, the turntable can be locked
in the entire slewing range. For locking, a pin extends and blocks the
slewing gear.
Switching on the
houselock
• Slew the superstructure to the position in which it is to be locked and then
stop the slewing movement.
• If necessary, open the main menu and press the button (1) once.
The
Superstructure lock submenu will open.
Switching off the slewing gear
The slewing gear brake must be engaged
when operating the houselock.
• Press the button (1) once.
The slewing gear will be switched off and the
slewing gear brake applied.
– Symbol (3) is red.
– The lamp (2) lights up.

Risk of damage during slewing!
Always switch off the slewing gear before you operate the houselock. The
system will be damaged if the superstructure is slewed during the locking
procedure.
