7. Remove the Wiper unit. (Screws ×2)
8. Follow the procedure in the reverse order for assembly.
• Check the position of the wiper cleaner BKT. If the position is different from the illustration
below, reattach it to the correct position.
• Cut approximately 5 mm off the end of the tube to be connected to the wiper tray before
reinserting.
• Improper attachment may result in leaking ink.
• Cut the tip of the discharge tube diagonally (about 10 mm) and insert into the ST tray outlet to a
length of about 20 mm.
• Check to confirm the tube does not protrude from the ST tray.
9. Perform "3.1.5 Wiper Height Adjustment"(P. 116).
