l Procedure
1. Turn off the main power supply and unplug the power cable.
2. Remove the following covers.(1.5)
(1) Rear cover
3. Disconnect all connectors connected.
• Use a ratchet screwdriver or stubby screwdriver to remove the screws and disconnect the
connectors.
4. Remove the Vacuum Fan.
5. Follow the procedure in the reverse order for assembly.
