motor encoder and the Linear encoder scale is displayed.

4. If the operation stops, perform the following steps:
(1) Check the Linear encoder scale and 150LPI Encoder PCB for proper mounting and for dirt and
damage.
(2) Replace the Linear encoder scale.
(3) Replace the 150LPI Encoder PCB.
(4) Replace the Slider M PCB.
