6. Remove the Selective Route Pump.
7. Follow the procedure in the reverse order for assembly.
• If the fitting is removed from the tube, cut approximately 5 mm off the end of the tube before
reinserting.
• Be sure to connect the ink tube correctly.

With bypass tube (rear)
To waste ink tank
• Cut the tip of the discharge tube diagonally (about 10 mm) and insert into the ST tray outlet to a
length of about 20 mm.
• Check to confirm the tube does not protrude from the ST tray.
8. Check the fitting mounting.
• Improper attachment may result in leaking ink.
9. Select [#Adjust] > [Replace Count] > [Pump Motor], then press the [ENTER] key.
10. Press the [FUNC2] key to reset the operating time.
