Check servo wiring and parameter setting. Also
check ABS instruction.

Port specified by inverter communication
instruction is already used in another

Check to make sure the port is not specified by
another instruction.

1) Input (X) specified by DSZR, DVIT or ZRN
instruction is already used in another
instruction.
2) The interrupt signal device for DVIT instruction
is outside the allowable setting range.
1) Check to make sure the input (X), as specified
by DSZR, DVIT or ZRN instruction, is not being
used for the following purposes:
- Input interrupt (including the delay function)
- High speed counter C235 to C255
- Pulse catch M8050 to M8057
- SPD instruction
2) Check the contents of D8336 for the correct
interrupt signal specification for DVIT
instruction.

positioning instruction or pulse output instruction
(PLSY, PWM, etc.).
Check to make sure the pulse output destination is
not being driven by another positioning instruction.

The number of times an applied instruction is used

Check for the correct attachment of the memory
cassette.

The write-protect switch of the flash memory
cassette was set to ON when data was transferred
