Programming
ISDN – BRI Installation
10-03-01 ETU Setup – For BRI PKG
Set up and confirm the Basic Configuration data for each BRT (4)-U20 ETU. Select the ISDN
Line Mode
0 = Not Set
1 = T-Bus (Default)
10-03-03 ETU Setup – Connection Type (For BRI PKG)
Set up and confirm the Basic Configuration data for each BRT(4)-U20 ETU. Confirm the
connection type for or each BRT(4)-U20 ETU
0 = Point-to-Multipoint (Default)
1 = Point-to-Point
10-03-04 ETU Setup – Layer 3 Timer Type (For BRI PKG)
Set up and confirm the Basic Configuration data for each BRT(4)-U20 ETU. This program
selects the Layer 3 timer type (1~5). Each timer value of Layer 3 is set up for each type in
Program 81-06 (T-Bus).
10-03-08 ETU Setup – Dial Sending Mode (For BRI PKG)
Set up and confirm the Basic Configuration data for each BRT(4)-U20 ETU. Select either
enblock or overlap sending.
0 = Enblock Sending
1 = Overlap Sending (Default)
10-03-09 ETU Setup – Dial Information Element (For BRI PKG)
Set up and confirm the Basic Configuration data for each BRT(4)-U20 ETU. If Overlap Sending
is selected in Program 10-03-08, select either Keypad Facility (0) or Called Party Number (1) for
the dial information element.
10-03-12 ETU Setup – Short/Long-Haul (For PRI PKG)
If there is a CSU/DSU between the Telco and the DTI-U40, set to 0:Short. If there is no CSU/
DSU between the Telco and the DTI-U40, set to 1:Long.
10-03-13 ETU Setup – Loss of Signal Detection Limit (For PRI PKG)
If the transmit/receive voltage is less than the setting in PRG 10-03-13, the system considers
this as Loss-Of-Signal and the PRI does not come up. Note that there are different values based
on the setting in PRG 10-03-12 for the PRI.
10-06-01 ISDN BRI Setup – TEI Selection
Select the method the system uses when assigning Terminal Endpoint Identifier (TEI) values to
the BRI Circuit.
0 = Select by SPID number (Default)
1 = Select by Channel ID number
