Draining the Tank
WARNING! Hot! Risk of burns. Wear heat-protective clothing, safety
goggles, and/or heat-protective gloves.
1. Relieve the system pressure. Refer to Relieving S ystem Pressure at the
beginning of this section.
2. Remove the front panel from t he melter by loosening the four latches.
See Figure 5-1.
3. Lower the drain chute and place a suitable container under it to collect
the material you will be pumping from the tank.
