Mounting the Melter to the Expansion Base
CAUTION! Ensure that all wires are properly routed and not pinched
between the expansion base and the melter.
WARNING! Risk of personal injury or equipment damage. Mounting the
melter requires two people.
NOTE: Have a se cond person route cables through the melter as another
person holds the melter above the expansion base.
1. Carefully lower the melter onto the expansion base.
2. Slide the melter forward so that the expansion base locking tabs securely
connect with the melter.
3. SecuretheexpansionbasetothemelterusingthetwoM8x20
socket-head screws removed previously. Use a 6 mm hex wrench to
tighten the screws.
