5. Open the plant air supply to the melter.
6. Turn the pressure regulator adjustment clockwise to set the melter's
operating air pressure (pressure supplied to the pump) to
1.4bar(20psi).Theoperatingairpressure should be adjusted later to
meet the requirements of the manufacturing process.
NOTE: The minimum operating air pressure is 0.7 bar (10 psi).
Operating the melter with the air pressure set to less than 0.7 bar (10 psi)
may cause the pump to function erratically.
