3-9-15 ROTATE RIGHT WITHOUT CARRY: RRNC(575)
Purpose Shifts all Wd bits one bit to the right not including the Carry Flag (CY). The
contents of the rightmost bit of Wd shifts to the leftmost bit and to the Carry
Flag (CY).
