is alarm will occur when communication error occurs in the full-sync mode and in sync establishment transient
condition or when the communication is interrupted.
Cause • Communication error occurs in full-sync mode and in sync establishment
transient condition or the communication is interrupted.
Detecting timing • RTEX communication is in RUNNING state.
• Sync establishment between communication and servo is in transient condition.
Internal process upon
detecting error
• After detection of alarm, RTEX communication shifts to INITIAL state.
• Sync establishment condition between communication and servo is undefined.
Action • Take the same measures as for Err83.0 or Err84.0.
Alarm clear attribute • Cannot be cleared.
Display on COM LED • Flashing in red
