TROUBLESHOOTING AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
Trouble Cause Remedy
High discharge pressure. Refrigerant overcharge. Purge excess refrigerant.
Air in system. Check for leaks. Bleed
charge from system.
Evacuate and recharge
system.
Overheated condenser due to Clean bugs and dirt from
blocked air passage. condenser fins. Straighten

Flooded evaporator indicated Check capillary bulb is
