Replacement of lamp bulbs

Before replacing a lamp bulb, turn off
the light.
NOTE
For any LED lamp faulty, please go to an
authorised Proton service outlet for LED
bulb replacement.
If you do not have any knowledge or
enough tools to replace the faulty bulb,
please ask the Proton service centre for
replacement to avoid any damage or
scratch to the lamp or vehicle body.

CAUTION
(1) Do not hold the halogen lamp
bulb with a bare hand and
dirty glove.
When the bulb becomes hot,
the vapor will compress on the
reflector; and the oil stain con-
tacted to the glass by the bare
hand will dry.
If the glass surface is dirty,
clean the glass surface with al-
cohol or paint thinner solvent.
Let the surface dry before in-
stallation.
(2) Bulbs are very hot after turning
off.
Before touching and replacing
a bulb, wait for the bulb to
cool.
NOTE
(1) Refer to a skilled technician to carry
out the word correctly.
(2) During rainy weather or after wash-
cleaning the vehicle, the lens may
mist. This condition does not indic-
ate any problem.
Turn on the lamp. The heat will re-
move the mist. If some water col-
lects inside the lamp, go to an au-
thorised Proton service outlet for
inspection.
