4. Remove the head restraint from the
seat to install the CRS.
5. Find the applicable anchor at the
selected seat.

6. Fasten the tether strap hook (F) of
the CRS to the tether anchor
bracket (G).
7. Tighten the top tether strap.
8. Push and pull the CRS in all direc-
tions to make sure the CRS is cor-
rectly tighten.

Remove the child restraint according to
the supplied instructions that comes
with the CRS.
How to install a Child Restraint System

Installation:
1. Fasten the seat belt to the CRS.
2. Make sure a click is heard when
you fasten the latch plate into the
buckle.
3. Push and pull the CRS in all direc-
tions to make sure the CRS is cor-
rectly tighten.

Front airbags
There are two front airbags; a driver
airbag and a front passenger airbag.

When the vehicle hits an obstruction at
area (A), the front airbags will deploy;
The airbag control unit senses a collision
that is equivalent to a front-collision
with a solid flat obstruction; at a speed
of more than approximately 20 km/h.
CAUTION
(1) The front airbag deploys at a
very high speed and with a
large force. When a person hits
the airbag during the first step
of front airbag inflation, the
person may possibly be injured.
Always wear your seat belt
correctly. Maintain a proper
position when driving.
(2) When the front airbag deploys,
a sudden loud noise and there
will be white smoke or powder
will released.
