Operation using remote transmitter *

The transmitter can be used to release
the trunk lid.
To open the trunk lid, press unlock but-
ton continuously for more than 3
seconds to release the trunk lid lock and
lift up the trunk lid for full opening.
To close, press the trunk lid down. Make
sure the trunk lid is completely closed.
NOTE
1. The luggage compartment lamp il-
luminates when the trunk lid’s door
is opened, and turns off when it is
closed.
2. In case of weak transmitter’s bat-
tery, the trunk lid cannot be
opened using remote transmitter.
Replace with new battery.
Operation using trunk lid switch *
The location of the trunk lid switch is
near to the lamp of license plate.
While the vehicle is in the armed state,
press the UNLOCK button at the remote
transmitter to unlock all doors. Then,
press the trunk lid switch to open the
trunk lid’s door.
Operation using PKE *

If the vehicle is in the armed state, while
carrying the remote transmitter with
you, press the trunk lid switch within its
operating range to unlock and open the
trunk lid’s door.

The control switch panel of the power
window is on the driver side of the door
armrest. You can operate the control
switch panel with the ignition switch in
the “ON” position.
The power window glass switch is as
shown in the illustration.
1 - Window glass for front-passenger
door
2 - Window glass for driver door
3 - Window glass for rear-left door
4 - Window glass for rear-right door
5 - Window lock
Operation
The switches can operate the front and
rear windows. A window will open or
close when you operate the switch.
