How to let the lamps stay illuminated:
1. Turn the lamp switch to the OFF
position while the ignition switch
is in the LOCK or ACC position.
2. Turn the lamps switch to the posi-
tion of or again, the
head lamp will illuminate.
The lamp buzzer
When leaving the lamp turned on, the
buzzer makes a high-pitch sound at in-
tervals. Turn off the ignition, remove
the key from the ignition switch. Open
the driver door.
The buzzer can be deactivate as follows:
1. Turn the lamp switch to the OFF
position
2. Remove the key from the ignition
switch.
3. Close the driver door.
High/Low beam change

From low-beam to high-beam
When the light switch is in the
position and the lever pulled to (1) for
more than 2 seconds, the beam changes
from low to high. While the high beam
illuminates, the high beam indication
lamp “ in the meter cluster will
illuminate.
When the lever is pulled to (1) again,
the high beam changes to the low beam.
Headlamps flasher

When the light switch is at the OFF or
position and the lever is pulled to
(1), the headlights flash.
When the light switch is at the “
position, pull the lever to (1) two times,
to make the headlight flash.
When the high beam illuminates, the
high beam indication lamp in the
meter display will illuminate.
Turn signals

When the ignition switch is in the ON
position, push the lever up or down.
When the turn signal lamp is activated,
the turn signal indicator lamp in the
meter cluster also flashes.
1 - Turn-signals
Making a normal turn, use this pos-
ition. When the turn is done, the
lever will return automatically.
There are situations when the lever
may not return after a turn is done.
For example, when making small
turn. If this condition occurs,
manually return the lever.
