Sets the measurement time ≤.015 s.
MEDium
Sets the measurement time ≤0.100 s.
LONG
Sets the measurement time ≤0.500 s.
DEFault
Uses the default setting "SHORt".

Sets the test signal current in RMS (root mean square).
