Service Information
Service Information enables you to insert information accessible to the system's users of
the alarm company from where the service is obtained.

Firmware Update
Firmware Update enables you to remotely upgrade the main panel firmware versions via
IP or GPRS channels. Under Firmware Update you need to define the location of the
upgrade file. The request to start the remote upgrade can be done from the installer
keypad or via the Configuration Software. For detailed information refer to the Remote
Software Upgrade Instruction Guide.
