Query
Description
Returns the test parameters & results of the tester in either
MANU or AUTO mode.
MANU mode: Returns the test parameters & results of a MANU
test.
AUTO mode: Returns the test parameters & results of the
selected step (1-16) of the AUTO test.
Return parameters: function, judgment/status, test voltage, test
current/resistance, test time (time of completed test) or ramp time
(elapsed time of test that has not been completed.
