not be used.
For example:
HI SET value: 12.34
LO SET value1: 0.005  error
LO SET value2: 0.053  no error
In the example above LO SET value1 will produce an error as all
digits are outside the range of HI SET. LO SET value2 will not
produce an error, but will return 0.05, not 0.053.
