Description
Sets or returns the IR voltage in kV. The test must first be in IR
mode before this command can be used.

0.05 ~ 1 (0.05kV to 1kV: steps of .05)
*IIT-5010 also includes a 0.125kV point.

Sets the IR voltage to 1 kV.

Description
Sets or returns the IR HI SET resistance value in MΩ (IIT-2010)
or GΩ (IIT5010). The test must first be in IR mode before this
command can be used.
