For IR tests. The voltage is too high or resistance=0Ω.
Check to see whether the DUT or test lead is shorting.
For GB tests. The resistance is too high.
For GB tests. Current too low. Indicates that the SOURCE
L or SOURCE H test lead is open or poorly connected.
Test the test lead connection with the DUT to confirm.
For GB tests. Current is too high.
For GB tests. Resistance = 0. This error indicates that
there is an error with the measured resistance (0Ω).
Perform the zeroing function again.
