Steps
1. Press the TIMER soft-key or use the UP/DOWN
arrow keys to bring the cursor to the TIMER
setting.

Note
With the ACW test function, when the test current is between
30mA and 40mA (IIT-2000/2010) or 80mA and 100mA (IIT-
5010/5000), the ramp time + test time cannot exceed 240
seconds. At this current level, the tester also needs to pause
after a test for a time equal to or greater than the output time.
