connectedtoeithertheOperatingPanelordirectlytotheProcessorUnit.
TheST90supportstwodifferentoperatingpanels.Thesearereferredtoas"Mk1"and
"Mk2".
Mk1:TheOperatingPanelisconnectedtotheProcessorUnitwiththreecables.Thedual
interfacecableprovidespowerandserialcommunication.TheUSBinterfacecableis
usedtoreadthetrackballmovements.Asmallcommercialpowersupplyisusedto
providepowertotheST90OperatingPanel.
Mk2:AdedicatedEthernetcableisusedtoconnecttheOperatingPaneltotheProcessor
Unit.TheOperatingPanelisprovidedwithabuilt-inpowersupply.
