Youcancontrolthehoistingmotordirectlyusingthetwodesignatedcontactors.
Prerequisites
Youneedasuitablescrewdriver
oralargecointoopentheMotor
ControlUnitcabinet.Youalso
needasmallscrewdriver.3-phase
voltageforthehoistingmotoris
available.
Context
Thetwocontactorsareidentied
asK301andK302.TheHoisting
Contactor(K301)andtheLowering
Contactor(K302)arelocatedon
theupperDINrailintheMotor
ControlUnit.
Leftside:Whenactivated,the
HoistingContactor(K301)starts
themotorinordertohoistthe
transducer.
Rightside:TheLowering
Contactor(K302)startsthe
motortolowerthetransducer.
WARNING
Thisoperationoverridestheupperandlowerlimitswitches.Thecontactorsmustbe
releasedbeforethetransducerreachesupperorlowerposition.Failuretodosomay
resultinseriousmechanicaldamagetothehullunit.
Procedure
1Makesurethatyouhavesufcientwaterdepthbelowthekeelbeforeyoulowerthe
transducer.
Ifyourvesselisindrydock,makesurethatyouhavesufcientheightbetweenthehull
andthedrydockoor.Thespaceunderthehullmustbefreefromtools,scaffolding,
personnelandotherobstacles.
