Ifthetransducerhitslargerobjectsorbottom,the
transducershaftmaybebent,or-inworstcase-itcanbe
brokenoff.Abrokentransducershaftwillcausewaterleakagethroughthetopoftheshaft.
Ifyoususpectthatthetransducershaftisseriouslydamagedwithholes,donot
retractthe
transducertoitsupperposition.
