areprovidedforthephysicaltransducerlocations.Y oucanalsodothisfromtheMotor
ControlUnit.Localcontrolisusefulformaintenancepurposes.
Prerequisites
Youneedasuitablescrewdriver
oralargecointoopentheMotor
ControlUnitcabinet.3-phase
voltageforthehoistingmotor
and+24VDCfromtheinternal
powersupplyareavailable.Both
indicatorLEDsinsidetheMotor
ControlUnitarelit.
Context
UseHoist/LowerSwitch(S302)
intheupperpartofthecabinet
tocontrolloweringandhoisting.
Fornormaloperationfromthe
OperatingPanel,theswitchmust
besettoREMOTE.
Procedure
1Makesurethatyouhave
sufcientwaterdepthbelow
thekeelbeforeyoulower
thetransducer.
Ifyourvesselisindrydock,makesurethatyouhavesufcientheightbetweenthehull
andthedrydockoor.Thespaceunderthehullmustbefreefromtools,scaffolding,
personnelandotherobstacles.
2Openthecabinetdoor.
WARNING
Highvoltagesareused.Thisequipmentmustbeservicedonlybyqualied
personnelfamiliarwithhigh-voltageequipmentandthepotentialhazards
involved.Failuretoobservethisprecautioncouldresultinbodilyinjury.
