Calibration problems
Holes and overlaps in scans are signs of calibration problems.
Delete and reload the calibration data
The calibration data must be up-to-date and match the scanner's sensor
number (SO-number).
Open the path
C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Roaming\3D-Scanner\aural Scan
Delete the folder \Service.
Open the path
C:\Program Files (x86)\3D-Scanner\aural Scan\data
Delete the calibration folder …\SO-202… .
Reload the calibration data via the installation tool.
Now you must proceed with the axis calibration and optionally with the
3D calibration.

Failed axis calibration
Correct scan results are not possible after a failed axis calibration.
Fix the following possible causes:
Quality and fit of the ear impressions
Loaded calibration data:
Scanner’s sensor number (back) = Name of the calibration data folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\3D-Scanner\aural Scan\data\SO-202…
Restart the scanner and aural Scan.
Repeat the axis calibration.
