Different scan names are possible.
The same scan names can be forced (setting: Use
Same Scan Name Prefix).
Identical file names are distinguished by the
identification of the side.
Is limited by Windows rules.
The configuration for specific name lengths
(from/to) is possible through Support
(Settings.xml).
The display in the 3D viewer is single-line (fewer
characters than allowed).

Editing scan names
Scan names are displayed on both sides of the 3D viewer. Scan names:
Can be edited before, during and after scanning
Can no longer be edited after the work is finished.

Invalid (empty, longer/shorter than allowed)
Editing with the mouse
Click on the scan name you want to edit.
