File formats
STL MSH ASCII
Determines in which file formats the scans are saved.
Select at least one file format. If no format is specified, no files will be
saved.
Default value: STL
Orientation
X Y Z
aural Scan saves the data in the Cartesian coordinate system XYZ, with the
following values per axis: x, y, z, -x, -y, -z.
Please change the assignment of the axes so that the scan data do not
have to be realigned to be processed in a CAD system.
Enter the coordinates of the CAD system. aural Scan does not check the
values.
Default value: x = x, y = y z = z (Cartesian)
Language
The controls within the software can be displayed in different languages.
The following are available: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian,
Portuguese, Romanian, Turkish, Russian, Chinese (simplified and traditional).
Default value: English (independently from the setup language)
Advanced
Use the same name for the left and the right ear casts
Determines whether only a single scan name can be entered for the left and
right side (like the automatically assigned time stamp). If the scan names are
the same, the side identification must be appended (the setting Always add
side description to scan names cannot be disabled).
