Unpacking and connecting
Remove the scanner and the accessories from the packaging.
Remove the transport protection (pay attention to the needles).
TIP
Keep the packaging.
Connect the power cable.
Connect the USB cable:
Type B plug (square) to the scanner,
Type A plug (flat) to the PC.
Switch on the scanner (LED switch on the front or toggle switch on the
rear).
The scanner is ready for operation.
Installing aural Scan
Copy the contents of the data carrier to the PC.
Execute auralScan.exe.
Follow the setup instructions.
Start the software.
Load the calibration data (folder SO-202…).
Calibrate the axes.
