Power Off Power is not present. 1. If all lamps on the system are
off, apply power.
2. If all lamps on the system are
off, troubleshoot the –48 V
power source.
3. If all lamps on the EC card are
off, replace the card using
Procedure 5-4.
4. If the Fuse lamp is lit, replace
the fuse using Procedure 5-8.
5. If the replacement fuse fails,
replace the card using
Procedure 5-4.
Green Power is present. None required.
Fuse Off The EC card fuse is not open. None required.
Red The EC card fuse is open. 1. Remove the EC card, and
replace the fuse using
Procedure 5-8.
2. If the replacement fuse fails,
replace the card using
Procedure 5-4.
Shelf Alarm Off There is no alarm condition. None required.
Red An alarm condition exists. If the Fail lamp is also lit, replace
the card using Procedure . If not,
check the EC card lamps and
other card lamps, and/or
troubleshoot the error
message(s) to determine the
cause of the failure.

Fail Off No hardware or firmware
failure has occurred on the EC
card.

Red A hardware or firmware failure
has occurred on the EC card.
